Who is Socialised?
Socialised is owned and managed by myself, Lisa Macale.
I work alongside an amazing team of professionals who live and breathe all things Social Media. Having owned successful businesses that have thrived on Social Media, I understand the important role that Social Media plays in a business’s marketing & brand strategy.
Socialised goes far beyond creating the perfect Instagram feed (although we do that well too!). Our mission is to work with our clients to help them develop original content with a clear direction and strong branding so they can reach their full online potential. We understand how overwhelming and time consuming the ever changing Social Media platforms can be. We want to take away some of the stress from our clients so they can go back to doing what they do best – running their business! We always ensure that our clients have full control over everything we do on their behalf across Social Media by sending through detailed Social Media calenders for them to review an approve each month.
Alongside our Social Media Management service, we create authentic content that speaks to your target market and showcases to your audience exactly who you are and what you stand for.
Over the past few years I’ve worked with a huge variety of creatives and small business owners who have seen their businesses grow substantially through their investment into Social Media Management and quality professional Content.
1. Brand and Social Media Review
We start by reviewing your current branding and existing Social Media platforms. During this initial stage we will go through your Social Media goals, objectives and values while also looking at your overall marketing strategy.
We analyse your current Social Media and the broader market you’re in. We then create a strategy for how your brand is going to best position itself across the various Social Media platforms.
3. Content Creation
We create and design all of your Social Media content and copy, making sure it aligns with the message and story you want to tell across Social Media. As part of this process we offer content shoots to capture your business product or service offerings.
4. Calendar Management
All of the content created in the previous step will now be put together in to a Social Media calendar for you to review and approve. We will ensure that your content works in with a particular theme to create an aesthetically pleasing feed aligned with your brand.
5. Social Media Management
Depending on the services you book, during this next step we focus on working towards your Social Media goals and objectives. This might include growing your brand awareness, engagement, building your following and driving more traffic to your website. Throughout the month we may also assist with things like Email Marketing, Instagram/Facebook stories, campaigns, ad’s, giveaways etc.
We understand that Social Media analytics can be overwhelming for a lot of our clients. That’s why we offer monthly reporting with clear recommendations so you can see the results in black and white.
We will send you through all our recommendations and implement any required changes.
